Cancellations & Refunds

As an events business, we rely on ticket sales to keep our business successful. When you purchase a ticket to one of our classes, it secures your place in the class and prevents others from purchasing those tickets.

We have a strict cancellation policy to ensure that we don't experience a loss of income at the last minute. This policy is similar to purchasing tickets for a concert or cinema, where refunds are not given if you are unable to attend. We handle cancellations via email only and request that you do not call us to explain your situation.

Cancellation policy details:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance can be transferred to a future class free of charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 but more than 7 days in advance can be re-booked to be used at a later date after a charge of $15 re-booking fee. 
  • Less than 7 days notice does not allow us enough time to resell your tickets. You can choose to gift the ticket to a friend or family member.
  • If you or someone in your group is unable to attend, you may bring someone else in their place. No show members will not be refunded.
  • We do not offer refunds on vouchers/coupons/gift cards that have been purchased from us, or from any of our vendors (such as Groupon) if they have expired.


For private and corporate events, we require a $100 deposit to secure the booking. The remainder of the payment will be taken on the conclusion of the event by Bank Transfer or via Square (Credit/Debit Card or Paypal).

A few policies are in place for Private & Corporate events to ensure the smooth running of our business and events:


Initial deposits are only refundable if cancellation request is received more than thirty (30) days before the event date. 

Postpone or Rescheduling:

If request for rescheduling is received more than 7 days in advance, we can reschedule the event at a future date free of charge. If request for rescheduling is made less than 7 days in advance, the event can be re-booked for a future date after an additional charge of $50 re-booking fee.

Late Commencement Fee:

A late commencement fee of $15 will be charged in the following cases:

  1. If access is not provided to the venue for set up at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event time, and also 30 minutes after the end of class for cleaning up.
  2. If our instructor has to wait longer than 10 minutes for commencement of the session to accomodate for late attendees.

Our experience was great! Our teacher was amazing at teaching the kids with kindness and patience. Would definitely recommend and use again.
